Consequent upon the approval of the Union Cabinet for the Fifth Cadre Review of the Indian Civil Accounts Services (ICAS) along with distribution of all 236 ICAS cadre posts, the Controller General of Accounts would like to invite all the ICAS officers at ‘High Tea’ in the premises of INGAF, New Delhi on Wednesday, the 18th March, 2015 at 4.00 PM.
